1. About these terms
This website is run by CREO (Legal entity name to be confirmed, ABN ABN to be confirmed), referred to here as “CREO”, “we” or “us”. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. What this website is
The site explains who we are and what we do, and lets you send us an enquiry. Its content is general information, not professional advice for your situation. We work to keep it accurate and up to date, but things change, so please confirm anything important with us before you rely on it.
Some examples on the site are internal concepts that we made to show our skills. They’re labelled as concepts and aren’t client work or results.
3. Our services and quotes
Nothing on this site is an offer to supply services at a particular price or on particular terms. When you ask us to do work, we’ll give you a written proposal or quote. Any work we do is governed by the agreement we make with you then, not by these terms. Prices we quote are in Australian dollars and include any GST that applies.
4. Our AI app
The AI page describes an app we’re building. It isn’t available yet, and its features, timing and pricing may change before launch. It will have its own terms when it launches.
5. Enquiries and ideas
- Please give accurate information and only send details you’re allowed to share.
- You keep ownership of everything you send us. You allow us to use it to consider and reply to your enquiry, and to prepare a proposal.
- Sending an enquiry doesn’t create a contract or oblige either of us to work together. We handle enquiries as our Privacy Policy explains, and don’t publish them. If your idea needs a confidentiality agreement, tell us before you share the detail and we’ll arrange one.
- We may already be working on, or later develop, ideas similar to yours on our own or for others. That doesn’t mean we’ve used your information.
6. Intellectual property
The CREO logo, and the site’s text, design, animation, images and code, belong to CREO or the people who license them to us. You may view the site and share links to it, and print or save a page for your own reference. Except as the law allows (for example, fair dealing under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth)), please don’t copy, republish or reuse its content or design for any other purpose without our written permission.
7. Using the site
Please don’t:
- use the site for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful (the site is for businesses and people aged 16 or over);
- send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms;
- try to get around the site’s security, overload it, or access parts of it you aren’t meant to;
- copy or harvest its content or any personal information in bulk.
We may block access, or delete submissions, that break these terms. We try to keep the site available, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
8. Links to other sites
If the site links to other websites, we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
9. Your consumer rights
If you’re a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with guarantees that can’t be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes those guarantees, or any other right you have under law that can’t be excluded.
10. Liability
The website is free, and its content is general information. We aren’t liable for loss from the site being unavailable or from relying on its general content without checking with us, unless our negligence or breach of these terms caused it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information collected through the site.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms, and will change the date at the top when we do. Changes apply only to your use of the site from that date, and don’t affect an enquiry you’ve already sent or an agreement we’ve already made with you. These terms are governed by the law of State or territory to be confirmed, Australia, and the courts there have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies.
